Terms of service

Effective from 9 October 2026.

This English version is a translation. If it differs from the Indonesian version, the Indonesian version applies.

  1. Scope. These terms apply to small business packages and app support paid for through this website. Work for government agencies is governed by the relevant SPK (Surat Perintah Kerja, a work order) or contract.
  2. Prices and payment. Prices are stated in rupiah and are final. PT Hanz Kode Terpadu is not yet registered for VAT (not a Pengusaha Kena Pajak, PKP), so it does not charge value added tax (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai, PPN). Payments are processed by Duitku. An order is valid once payment has been completed.
  3. Delivery. Once payment has been completed, we contact you as soon as we can during office hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 15:00 WIB (UTC+7)) to arrange a schedule. The scope of work for each package follows the description on the small business packages page.
  4. Refunds. You receive a full refund if the work has not started, or if we are unable to carry it out. Refunds are processed as soon as possible, and no later than 7 working days after they are agreed.
  5. Warranty. We provide a 6-month repair warranty from the date the work is handed over, for faults caused by our work. This warranty does not apply to IT consultation sessions. The small office network package does not include equipment, so equipment faults are covered by the seller's warranty.
  6. Support for free apps. Support for the free apps is voluntary and cannot be withdrawn once given.
  7. Limitation of liability. Our liability is limited to the value of the package you paid for.
  8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
