Apps we can build

• Official letter services and resident administration for villages and districts.
• Administration for schools and Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), for example records of students, payments, and grades.
• Cashier and stock apps for businesses, including records of goods coming in and going out.
• Internal office apps, for example forwarding incoming letters with instructions (disposisi), document archives, and activity reports.
• Android and iPhone mobile apps for public services or field staff.
• Connectors that pass data between apps (system integration), so that one app can use data from another without anyone typing it in again. For government agencies, these connectors follow the SPBE standard (Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik, Indonesia's electronic government framework).
• Maintenance and repair of old apps that their original developers have abandoned.

Apps we have built

• Five apps that anyone can use free of charge: BukuGembok, QRIS-EDC, NotaKita, SAVIS, and LMS Adaptif. Four of them keep working without internet. You can try all of them on the Products page.
• A system for recording incoming and outgoing stock for Tjampaka Ornamen, a sheet metal cutting workshop. The details are on the Track record page.
• LMS Adaptif, a biology learning app for senior high school, has its copyright registered with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) under number EC002025142219.
• Our founder holds the BNSP Junior Mobile Programmer competency certificate, issued by Indonesia's National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). The details are on the Founder page.

Small businesses can start using the QRIS-EDC cashier app and the BukuGembok cash book straight away, at no cost.

Copyright, data, and warranty

• You pay once for the licence (the right to use the app), with no monthly rental fee. The copyright stays with PT Hanz Kode Terpadu. The details are in our article on copyright in software commissioned by government agencies.
• The app can be installed on the agency's own server, so the data stays in your office.
• Every job comes with a 6-month repair warranty, starting from handover.

The steps

1. Tell us what you need through WhatsApp or the contact form.
2. We study the workflow and forms you currently use. This first discussion is free of charge.
3. We send you the scope of work, schedule, and price. For government agencies, we set out these details in a written quotation. The procurement process is on the How we work page and in our article on buying software through e-Katalog (the Indonesian government e-procurement catalogue).
4. We build the app in stages, and you can try an early version before it is finished.
5. We install the app, train the staff who will use it, and then hand it over. The warranty period starts from handover.
