Solutions for schools, madrasahs, and Islamic boarding schools (pesantren)
Our founder once built the IT facilities of the Islamic boarding school where he studied. These are the problems that schools and pesantren often face, and how we help solve them.
Student records, payments, and grades are spread across many files
Records of students or santri (pesantren students) are in one file, payments in a separate book, and grades in each teacher's own files. Every time someone asks for a report, the data has to be collected and typed again.
We build an administration app that brings this data together and follows how your school or pesantren works. The details are on the App development page.
The school website is slow, neglected, or hacked to carry illegal gambling content
Many school websites have had pages for illegal online gambling slipped in by hackers without the people who manage them noticing. We explain the warning signs and how to clean a website up in our article on websites hacked with gambling spam.
We remove the injected content, close the security gap that was used to get in, and tidy up how the website looks on phones. The details are on the Website repair page. For a new website, see the Website development page.
Students need practice that adapts to their ability
LMS Adaptif, our learning app (learning management system, LMS) for senior high school biology, is free to use. Its copyright is registered with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI).
Wi-Fi and computer labs often have problems
While he was a santri, our founder set up more than 60 computers, a fibre-optic network between buildings, and 15 Wi-Fi access points at his pesantren, and then maintained them until they ran reliably. Our network services are on the Office networks page.
How procurement works
State schools that buy with BOSP funds (Bantuan Operasional Satuan Pendidikan, the government grant for school operating costs) follow the spending rules for educational institutions. A summary is in our article on buying software through e-Katalog. Private schools and Islamic boarding schools can contact us directly. Every job comes with a 6-month repair warranty, starting from handover.
