Services for government agencies and companies

We work for local governments, regional government-owned companies (BUMD), and companies in East Java. The systems we build can be installed on your office's own server, meaning the computer that stores the office's apps and data.

Apps and system integration

We build apps that follow the way your office works. They can be web apps, mobile apps, or connectors between the apps you already have. These connectors (system integration) let one app use data from another without anyone typing it in again.

  • Custom apps that fit your office's workflow, from analysing your requirements to installing the app on the server
  • Android and iOS (iPhone) mobile apps for public services or field staff
  • Official websites for government agencies, regional departments (dinas), or BUMDs, built from scratch or as a refresh of an old website
  • Data connections between apps that follow the SPBE standard (Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik, Indonesia's electronic government framework)
  • Maintenance of old apps that their original developers have abandoned
  • Technology updates for old apps without changing how people use them
  • Bringing several apps together in one portal, so a single account can sign in to all of them
  • Finding and fixing the cause when an app is slow or often shows errors
Technical details

Laravel, PHP, MySQL, Flutter, Python. REST API, API gateway and middleware for SPLP (the Indonesian government's service integration platform), single sign-on (SSO), payment gateway integration, data migration from spreadsheets and old apps.

Networks, servers, and security

We install and maintain office networks and servers, including data backups and security checks.

  • Office networks and Wi-Fi, from planning to installation
  • Servers installed in your own office, or rented servers (VPS)
  • Automatic encrypted data backups (scrambled so that they cannot be read without a key), with a guide to restoring data after a disaster
  • Security vulnerability checks for apps, servers, and networks
  • Electronic signatures for PDF documents, installed on your own server (see the Products page)
  • Server monitoring and regular security updates
Technical details

MikroTik, Ubiquiti, TP-Link Omada, Docker, Proxmox, Nginx, WireGuard, SSL/TLS, firewall hardening, CI/CD, backup to NAS, disaster recovery plan (DRP), monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus.

AI on the agency's own server

Proof-of-concept stage

A question-and-answer assistant for office documents. Staff ask questions in everyday language, and each answer refers to the original document, such as a standard operating procedure (SOP) or a regent's regulation (peraturan bupati). Everything runs on the agency's server.

We have built this system and tested it in our own environment. It is not yet installed at any agency. Running AI on your own server usually requires a server with a graphics card (GPU). We can help you work out the server requirements before procurement.

Uses that can be developed

  • Questions and answers about SOPs, regulations, and staff rules
  • Drafting official letters that follow the government's rules for official correspondence (tata naskah dinas)
  • Sorting incoming letters to the unit they are meant for
  • Summaries of public satisfaction survey results
Technical details

Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with a language model and a vector database running on a local server, without cloud APIs. Can be installed on a network that is cut off from the internet (air-gapped).

Advisory and training

This service is for government agencies that want to understand the state of their IT, draw up a digitalisation plan, or train their staff.

  • IT assessment and SPBE readiness check
  • A digitalisation plan for 1 to 3 years, covering priorities, estimated budget, and technology options
  • Connecting payments of local levies (retribusi) to QRIS (Indonesia's standard for QR code payments) and to virtual accounts at regional banks
  • Regular system maintenance under a maintenance contract
  • Technical guidance sessions (bimbingan teknis, bimtek) for staff who use the apps

IT assessments and digitalisation plans count as consultancy services. The direct procurement (Pengadaan Langsung) threshold for these services is different from the threshold for app development. See the How we work page for details.

Next steps

The licence, installation, training, and warranty you receive are explained on the How we work page. The full list of services is in the Product and Service Catalogue.
