For government agencies and regional government-owned companies (BUMD)
Can we order through e-Katalog?
Yes. PT Hanz Kode Terpadu is registered on e-Katalog, the Indonesian government e-procurement catalogue. If the value of the work is within the direct procurement (Pengadaan Langsung) threshold, agencies can also use direct procurement. The details are on the How we work page.
Does PT Hanz Kode Terpadu count as a small business?
PT Hanz Kode Terpadu is a single-shareholder limited company (perseroan perorangan), which is a legal form for micro and small businesses. This matters because government agencies must spend at least 40% of their goods and services budget on micro businesses, small businesses, and cooperatives.
Is the agency's data sent anywhere outside?
No. The system is installed on the agency's own server, meaning the computer that stores the office's apps and data. For AI systems, the language model (the AI program that understands and writes sentences) and its database also run on the agency's server. The system does not use AI services on the internet.
Does the system keep working if the internet goes down?
The main parts of the system keep running on the office's internal network. You still need internet access to open the system from outside the office.
Who owns the app's source code (the written program)?
The copyright in the software remains with PT Hanz Kode Terpadu. The agency receives a licence to use it for one agency. The licence is paid once, with no monthly rental fee.
What if something goes wrong after handover?
We fix program errors (bugs) for 6 months from handover. After that, maintenance can continue under a separate maintenance contract.
How long does the work take?
It depends on the scope of work. The schedule is written in the quotation and agreed before work begins.
Can we try the AI document assistant?
We have built the document assistant for government agencies and tested it ourselves. However, it is not yet installed at any agency, and there is no public trial version (demo). The AI apps we have built that you can try now are LMS Adaptif (a learning app for schools) and SAVIS (a soybean leaf checker).
Do you work with agencies outside Jombang?
Yes. We work with government agencies and companies in East Java. For locations outside East Java, please contact us first.
For micro and small businesses (UMKM)
How do I pay for a small business package?
On the Indonesian version of the small business packages page, you choose a package, enter your details, and pay by QRIS (Indonesia's standard for QR code payments), e-wallet, or transfer to a virtual account number. The payment is processed by Duitku, a payment service provider, and the receipt is sent to your email. These methods work only in Indonesia, so if you are abroad, contact us and we will reply with payment details.
Do the prices include VAT (PPN)?
The prices shown are final. PT Hanz Kode Terpadu is not yet registered for VAT (non-PKP, not a Pengusaha Kena Pajak), so it does not charge VAT (PPN).
What if I cancel my order?
We refund your money in full if the work has not started, or if we are unable to carry it out. The refund is made no later than 7 working days after it is agreed.
Does the small office network package include equipment?
No. The price of IDR 2,000,000 covers installation and configuration. The router and access points (devices that broadcast Wi-Fi) are bought separately.

Are the free apps really free?
Yes. BukuGembok, NotaKita, QRIS-EDC, SAVIS, and LMS Adaptif are free to use. Support from users is voluntary.
Is HanzCodes the same as PT Hanz Kode Terpadu?
Yes. HanzCodes is the short name of PT Hanz Kode Terpadu. The business has been running since 2022 and has been a legal entity since 2026.
Can I visit the office?
Our address is a registered domicile address in Jombang Regency. You can visit if you make an appointment first through the contact page.
