Solutions for government agencies and regional government-owned companies (BUMD)
These are the problems that regional government departments, regional offices of national ministries and agencies, and BUMDs often face, and how we help solve them. The systems we build can be installed on the agency's own server.
The same data is typed again in several apps
One agency may use several apps that are not connected to each other. Staff then type the same data many times, and reports are hard to combine.
We build connectors that pass data between apps (system integration) in line with the SPBE standard (Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik, Indonesia's electronic government framework). We can also bring several apps together in one portal with a single account. The details are on the App development page.
Letters, letter routing, and activity reports are still handled by hand
We build internal apps that follow how your office works, for example forwarding incoming letters with handling instructions (disposisi), document archives, and activity reporting. We can also maintain old apps that their original developers have abandoned.
The official website is slow, messy on phones, or hacked to carry illegal gambling content
Government websites are among the targets of hackers who slip in pages for illegal online gambling. We remove the injected content, close the security gap, and work together with the agency's IT staff. The details are on the Website repair page and in our article on websites hacked with gambling spam.
Staff find it hard to look up SOPs and regulations
We have built an AI assistant that answers questions from the agency's documents, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), and shows the page each answer comes from. We have tested this system in our own environment, and it is not yet installed at any agency. The details are on the AI on the agency's server page.
Residents' personal data must be protected
The Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, UU PDP) also applies to government agencies. Our apps can be installed on the agency's own server, so the data stays in the office. We summarise the duties in our article on the UU PDP for agencies.
How procurement works
PT Hanz Kode Terpadu is listed on e-Katalog, the Indonesian government e-procurement catalogue. Work can go through direct procurement (Pengadaan Langsung) or through e-purchasing, depending on its value and the rules that apply. The process is on the How we work page. Every job comes with a 6-month repair warranty, starting from handover.
