Privacy policy

  1. Website operator. This website is operated by PT Hanz Kode Terpadu, whose address is Dsn. Ngrawe, Ds. Morosunggingan, Kec. Peterongan, Kabupaten Jombang, Jawa Timur 61481. For matters concerning personal data, contact us at founder@hanzcodes.my.id.
  2. Data we collect.
    • From the contact form: name, government agency or company, email, WhatsApp number, and the message.
    • From package orders and app support: name, email, WhatsApp number, order notes, amount, and payment status. Your card or bank account details are processed by Duitku, and we do not store them.
    • Visit statistics: pages opened, where visits come from, and device type, as overall totals. Cloudflare Web Analytics collects these statistics without cookies (small files that a browser stores to recognise visitors) and without identifying you personally.
    • We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Our network security provider may set technical cookies to block automated visits by computer programs (bots).
  3. How we use the data. We use this data to reply to messages, process orders and payments, send payment receipts, and meet our financial record-keeping obligations.
  4. Who receives the data. Duitku receives data as our payment processor. Data is also received by our hosting providers (where the website is stored and run) and the network providers that run our website and servers, namely Netlify, Vercel, and Cloudflare. We do not sell your data.
  5. Retention. We keep data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, and then delete it. Transaction data is kept in line with tax record-keeping obligations.
  6. Your rights. Under Law (Undang-Undang, UU) 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection, you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Send your request to founder@hanzcodes.my.id. We respond within the period set by that law.
  7. Security. The website and its forms use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), which scrambles data while it is being sent.
  8. Changes to this policy. If this policy changes, the date of the change is shown at the top of this page.
