Problems we handle

• The website is slow to open, especially on phones.
• The layout looks messy on phone screens: text is cut off, buttons are hard to tap, or images are too large.
• Pages show errors, forms do not send, or images do not appear.
• Hackers have slipped pages or links for illegal online gambling into the website, and Google has then flagged it as dangerous. We remove the injected content, close the security gap they used to get in, and help you ask Google to review the website again.
• The SSL certificate (the padlock sign next to the website address) has expired, so browsers show a warning.
• The website does not appear on Google, or its title and description in the search results are poorly set up.
• The website is old, and the person who built it can no longer be contacted.

Redesigning an old website

A redesign gives the website a new look and layout, while the content that is still in use stays. We redirect each old page address to its new address, so links already shared elsewhere still open and the website keeps its place in Google search results.

The steps

1. Send us your website address and a description of the problem through WhatsApp or the contact form.
2. We check the website's speed, how it looks on phones, its security, and its status on Google. We send you the results of this first check in writing, free of charge.
3. We agree with you on the scope of work and the price before any work begins.
4. Before we change anything, we make a backup (a complete copy) of your website.
5. We finish the repair, you check it, and then the 6-month repair warranty begins.

For government agencies and schools

We set out the scope of work, schedule, and price in a written quotation. If the website runs on the agency's own server, we work together with the agency's IT staff and use only the access they give us. The procurement process is on the How we work page.

For small businesses

These fixed-price packages are designed for micro and small businesses (UMKM) in Indonesia, and prices are in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). The details are on the small business packages page.
