About us

PT Hanz Kode Terpadu is an AI start-up and software developer in Jombang Regency, East Java. The business has operated since 2022 under the name HanzCodes. In 2026 it became a legal entity, a single-shareholder limited company (perseroan perorangan). We still use HanzCodes as our short name.

We work on two tracks. For the public and micro and small businesses (UMKM), we make apps that are free to use, including two AI apps that run on a phone without internet. For regional governments, regional government-owned companies (BUMD), and private companies, we build applications, networks, servers, and AI installed on the client's own premises, so the data does not leave the office.

Applications and system integration

Web and mobile apps built around office workflows, official websites, data exchange between systems to the SPBE e-government standard, and maintenance and updates for old applications abandoned by their developers.

Networks, servers, and security

Office networks and Wi-Fi, on-site or rented servers, encrypted data backups with recovery guides, and security vulnerability checks.

AI on the agency's own server

A question-and-answer assistant for office documents. Staff ask questions in plain language, and each answer refers to the original document. We have built and tested this system in our own environment. It is not yet installed at any agency.

Advisory and training

IT health checks and SPBE readiness reviews, digitalisation plans for 1 to 3 years, and technical training for staff who use the applications.

Why use your own server

Data location	Stored on the agency's server, not sent to third parties.
Personal data protection	Helps the agency meet its obligations under Law (UU) No. 27 of 2022.
Cost	Licence paid once, with no monthly rental.
Internet	Core systems keep running on the office network when the internet is down.

Client work

• Profile websites for Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), schools, and small businesses, since 2022.
• Tjampaka Ornamen (tjampaka-cutting.netlify.app), a CNC plasma sheet-metal cutting workshop: a website with a catalogue, a cutting cost estimator that reads CAD drawing files, and ordering via WhatsApp, plus an inventory system for incoming and outgoing stock.

Field experience

Islamic boarding school, while studying there (until 2022): more than 60 computers and Windows Server, fibre-optic links between buildings, 15 Wi-Fi access points, MikroTik configuration, and a monitoring dashboard for servers and IoT devices.

Research, thesis, and competitions

• Undergraduate thesis: a learning management system (LMS) with semantic search and automatic essay scoring (BGE-M3). It has since become LMS Adaptif.
• Research with lecturers: an adaptive LMS based on graph neural networks, a class management LMS, and server security with a WireGuard VPN.
• PIDI Digdaya X Hackathon 2026 (Bank Indonesia and LPPI): QRIS-EDC, an inflation telemetry dashboard, and an alternative credit scoring model.
• Coursework: a tourist destination recommender for Lamongan, and a time-series forecasting app using the decomposition method.

Founder

Mohammad Hilmi Bisri, S.Kom., Founder and Director

Hilmi began building web applications, point-of-sale systems, and local servers for small businesses in 2022 under the name HanzCodes. In 2026 he founded PT Hanz Kode Terpadu.

Before that, he built and maintained the network and computers at the Islamic boarding school where he studied. He gained experience in government and education through internships, including at the Jombang Regency office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the BIMA programme of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek).

His focus now is applications and AI that run on the client's own servers, for organisations whose data must not leave the office.

Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura, 2022-2026.

How to work with us

Step	What happens
1. Needs discussion	We listen to your problems and workflow. There is no charge.
2. Quotation	Scope, schedule, and price are agreed in writing.
3. Development	We build the system within the agreed scope.
4. Installation and training	We install the system on your server, then train your staff to use it.
5. Handover	The handover report (BAST) is signed and the warranty period begins.
6. Warranty and maintenance	Bug fixes for 6 months. After that, maintenance under a separate contract.

Procurement methods

e-Katalog	PT Hanz Kode Terpadu is listed on the government e-Katalog. Supplier profile: katalog.inaproc.id/hanz-kode-terpadu
Direct procurement	For work within the threshold. Under Presidential Regulation (Perpres) 46/2025, it is IDR 200 million for goods and other services and IDR 100 million for consultancy.
Local small business	Perseroan perorangan (single-shareholder company), the legal form for micro and small businesses, based in Jombang Regency. Agencies must spend at least 40% of their procurement budget on micro and small firms and cooperatives.
Budget	We fit the scope to the budget in the agency's SiRUP procurement plan or DPA budget document. We do not split one job into several packages to fit the direct procurement threshold.

Pilot partner programme

For the first agency to use one of our systems: closer support during installation and the early period of use, a lower first-stage fee than our standard rate, and a longer warranty. We publish a case study only with the agency's written permission.
